- At the beginning of the watercolour,
when your paper is wet, leave dry zones to the place or want to keep white or a little randomly according to your subject.
- This paper zone will remain white all work, indeed not being wet the pigments will not settle at this place.
- The white obtained is always pure and surfaces are well rythmées without being inevitably geometrical. If one likes to work in contrasts, it is important to control this way of doing well.
